A shot of Pennsylvania Railraod Observation Car No 120. This car was originally built at the PRR Altoona shops in 1928 and was the railraods premier business car. Tom Beckett General This car was also owned at one time-for a good number of years-by NY attorney George Pins. There were, on this line, two subscription parlors, one, the North Jersey Commuter Club, PRR 1734, and a comparable CNJ car, that ran on the NY & Long Branch until the trains were re-equipped in the 1990's. The appearance of parlors on these trains is not unprecedented, and in fact, continues a long heritage of such operations, 2/8/2024 4:43:53 AM
